History

A heritage gem at the very heart of the Hôtel du Parlement, Le Parlementaire is one of the only restaurants inside a parliament building that is open to the general public and hosts corporate and private events. It celebrated its 100th anniversary in 2017. Le Parlementaire was originally reserved exclusively for parliamentarians, their guests and dignitaries visiting the Assemblée nationale, but for over fifty years now it has been open to anyone wishing to enjoy these unique and historic premises.

Collaboration

The Assemblée nationale is proud to partner with the Institut de tourisme et d'hôtellerie du Québec (ITHQ), in particular for its staff training. Since 1968, the ITHQ has been recognized for the excellence of its training programs, which meet the highest industry standards and help promote Québec cuisine.
